And catch those Zs whenever you can. If you keep dragging to the point where you just don't go back to swimming, talk to your doc about depression. It happens to a lot of us and there's help for it.MoDLinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10962353800803717089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-81264989775571746722009-11-11T21:41:20.541-08:002009-11-11T21:41:20.541-08:00Longtime reader here. I had moderately bad skin (not awful, but frequent breakouts) wayyyy into adulthood. Way way. Last year I finally found a good dermatologist who instantly diagnosed me with rosacea. I am fair and blonde like you, but never had that telltale rosacea blush. Turns out, that's not a symptom everyone has. Within 6 months after starting one oral pill a day and a topical creme, my skin was utterly clear. My complexion is no longer one of my issues. Might be worth asking about?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-70979226596199732612009-11-10T10:38:43.251-08:002009-11-10T10:38:43.251-08:00I started water aerobics last week and already thi...I started water aerobics last week and already think it is a hassle. I really like the people in the class and the instructor, too. I don't know why I feel like skipping class....well, I do this week. I overworked my knees even in water and hell...they hurt. Or maybe it is the hormones again. Except mine have been pretty much gone for a while. My friends and I went to see Menopause: The Musical Saturday and it was really funny.Amber Starhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04084517063365211835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-12708210169959795662009-11-09T16:49:48.152-08:002009-11-09T16:49:48.152-08:00I'll say it again - getting on a schedule is a...I'll say it again - getting on a schedule is a good thing for you and for Eve. Even if you start 3 days a week - i.e. every M, W, F you have a schedule..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-19558096566661577322009-11-09T14:46:05.022-08:002009-11-09T14:46:05.022-08:00It could be the breast feeding or the thyroid, but...It could be the breast feeding or the thyroid, but it could also be ppd. Even if you don't necessarily feel depressed, sometimes that's exactly what it is. The hormone flush is the suck. :(Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12773380664476026942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-4262889567449418082009-11-09T13:41:24.335-08:002009-11-09T13:41:24.335-08:00It's the breast feeding. I take care of my niece (13 mos) and nephew (2 1/2) a couple days a week, and it's all I can do to even get my teeth brushed, let alone make it out the door. Yay for you for having it together enough to get to the gym.JenJennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10136851.post-35092239474337955452009-11-09T07:34:10.517-08:002009-11-09T07:34:10.517-08:00Thank you so much for your honesty! I do not have children yet, but I will in the near future and it's refreshing to read people like you who are candid about what they're going through. I've also recommended this blog to several of my friends who are either pregnant or new moms. Thanks again!Steviehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12153149217472000710noreply@blogger.com
